Bottle, Pressurized Coolant: Installation

- Install the pressurized coolant bottle (1) and tighten the bolts (2) the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the lower coolant hose (2) and engage the retainer.
- Install the turbocharger coolant hose (3).
- Install the coolant manifold hose (1).
- Install the radiator closeout panel (2) and the push pin retainers (1).
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
