Latch, Hood: Installation

Connect the release cable (1) to the hood latch.

Position the latch on radiator support crossmember and loosely install the fasteners (2).
Using the reference marks made during removal, align the hood latch.
Tighten the fasteners to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
If equipped, connect the electrical connector (1).
Close the hood to verify operation. Adjust as necessary.

Install the radiator closeout panel (1) and install the push-pin fasteners (2).
