Set Condition
- Any one of the following conditions is true:
- The maximum door position signal voltage reached is more than 4.91 volts during an Actuator Calibration Test.
- The minimum door position signal voltage is less than 0.08 volts during an Actuator Calibration Test.
- The actuator is commanded for more than 60 seconds without reaching a hard stop.
NOTE:
Normal operating range is between 0.50v (0% = Air is directed to Defrost, Panel ducts, and Floor ducts) - 4.50v (100% = Air is directed to Defrost). During an actuator calibration test, the position signal may go beyond these limits temporarily.
