This diagnostic runs continuously when the ignition is switched on.
Battery voltage is within a calibrated range.
The Electronic Shifter Module (ESM) is active on the CAN bus.
A calibrated amount of time has expired after the ignition is switched On.
No failure is detected in CAN bus monitoring.
