Bedplate Bolts |
Torque Procedure:
- Using NEW bolts, install the 26 M12 bolts (1 - 26) and the three M8 bolts (27 - 29) finger tight.
- Tighten all M12 bolts (1 - 4, 7 - 10, 13 - 16, 19 - 22) to 45 N.m (33 Ft. Lbs.).
- Tighten the M12 bolts (1 - 16) an additional 110°.
- Tighten the M12 bolts (25 and 26) to 120 N.m (89 Ft. Lbs.).
- Tighten the M12 bolts (17 - 24) to 25 N.m (18 Ft. Lbs.).
- Tighten the M12 bolts (17 - 24) an additional 55°.
- Tighten the M12 bolts (21 - 24) an additional 75°.
- Tighten the three M8 bolts (27 - 29) to 30 N.m 22 Ft. Lbs.).
