- Electric Vacuum Pump (EVP) minimum vacuum is -35 kpa (-10 in Hg) and the EVP cannot create 3 kpa (1.0 in Hg)
- System cannot increase the vacuum from -35 kpa (-10 in Hg) to -38 kpa (-11 in Hg).
