The Particulate Matter (PM) Sensor reports an internal wiring failure to the PCM. The PCM detects that the filtered exhaust volume flow is greater than a calibrated threshold and the heater duty cycle times the sensor supply voltage is also below a calibrated limit. This is a two Trip Fault.
