This diagnostic runs continuously when the following condition is met:

With the ignition on.
No other DEF or Temperature Sensor DTCs.
Ambient temperature is above -7°C (19.4°F).
DEF temperature is greater than or equal to 3.94°C (39.09°F).
DEF level is above 15%.
Tank Heater is not on.
