This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

initial start-up Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor value is greater than -7°C (19.4°F).
Ambient Air Temperature (AAT) Sensor values is less than 6°C (42.8°F).
AAT and ECT values are within 15°C (59°F) of each other.
engine is running and vehicle speed is greater than 35 kph (22 mph).
total engine run time is less than 15 minutes.
