This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) temperature is between 250 °C (482 °F) and 400 °C (752 °F) and Extended overrun.
Injector timing is in steady state with the engine driving and below 4000 RPM.
