When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following condition is met:

• With the engine running.

Set Conditions: 

• The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects an open Fuel Injector 4 control circuit.

Default Actions: 

• ETC light will illuminate.
• The MIL will illuminate.
