When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- After an engine off time of greater than 480 minutes.
- At ignition on the:
- Ambient temperature reading is greater than -64°C (-83.2°F).
- Engine coolant temperature reading is greater than -64°C (-83.2°F).
- Intake air temperature reading is greater than -64°C (-83.2°F).
- After the engine is started and the vehicle is driven above 48.3 km/h (30 mph) for 30 seconds a determination is made.
