1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
2. Disengage the sun visor from the sun visor support.
3. Open the sun visor base bracket cover (1). If necessary, use a small pick/pry tool to open the cover.
4. Remove the fastener (2) that secures the sun visor bracket to the roof panel.

5. Simultaneously pull the visor (2) down and forward to disengage the base bracket (1) hook feature.
6. Position the visor (2) away from the headliner.
7. If equipped, disconnect the illuminated vanity mirror wire harness connector.
8. Remove the visor (2) from the vehicle.
