Glass, Sunroof: Installation
- Position the glass panel (1) onto the mechanism lift arms (3).
- Start the six attaching screws (three per side).
- Connect a 12 volt power supply and verify that the sunroof is in the closed position.
- Adjust sunroof glass to fit to specifications with roof line. Refer to GLASS, SUNROOF, REAR, ADJUSTMENTS .
- Tighten the six screws (1) to the proper specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Attach mechanism covers. Refer to COVER, SUNROOF MECHANISM, INSTALLATION .
- Re-initialize sunroof motor. Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Verify sunroof operation and alignment.
