Front Drain Tubes

  1. Remove A- pillar trim. Refer to PANEL, A-PILLAR TRIM, REMOVAL .
  2. Remove headliner. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVAL .
  3. Disconnect the drain tube (1) from the sunroof housing by firmly rotating left to right while pulling outward.
  4. Remove cowl trim. Refer to PANEL, COWL TRIM, SIDE, REMOVAL .
  5. Remove glovebox for right side drain tube. Refer to GLOVE BOX, INSTRUMENT PANEL, REMOVAL .
  6. Separate the lower tube from the grommet in the body.
  7. Drain any liquid from tube connection, if necessary.
  8. Attach a string or equivalent to the tube at the grommet (to aid in installation).
  9. Release the clips and guide the tube through the dash/cowl area.
  10. Un-tie string, remove tube fully.
