Functional Description - Instrument Cluster (Ic)

The Instrument Cluster (IC) will turn on the charge system indicator (battery indicator, battery telltale) and the charging system audible chime when the IC receives indication of a charging system failure from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) over the Controller Area Network (CAN) network.
