Mode Select Switch

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the Electronic Shift Module (ESM). Refer to MODULE, ELECTRONIC SHIFT (ESM), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

2. Remove the fastener and remove the switch lever.

3. Remove the fasteners and remove the mode select switch from the ESM.

INSTALLATION 

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle.

During installation torque the following fasteners to specification:

• Tighten the Mode Select Switch fasteners securely.
• Tighten the Switch Lever fastener securely.
