INTELLIGENT BATTERY SENSOR (IBS)

The IBS:
- Communicates with the BCM on the LIN bus network. The BCM is the IBS master node
- Is used to give information about raw battery current, voltage, and temperature levels. The battery needs to be at an acceptable charge level for the vehicle to remote start
