Belt TENSIONER

REMOVAL 

  1. Partially remove the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    1 - Belt Tensioner Bolt
    2 - Belt Tensioner
  2. Remove the belt tensioner bolt and the belt tensioner.

INSTALLATION 

  1. Install the belt tensioner and tighten the belt tensioner bolt to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Install the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
