The BCM is an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) that manages the main body functions of the vehicle thus performing gateway functions between the high and low speed CAN bus and between the LIN and the CAN bus. The BCM is also the configuration master for this vehicle.
The BCM provides several functions and signals for nearly all IPC and EVIC operation and display modes.
