  1. Move the sunshade rearward to the open position.
  2. Move the sunroof glass panel to the fully closed position.
  3. Remove the mechanism covers.
  4. Loosen all glass attachment screws on both sides of the sunroof module such that the glass panel is adjustable in the vertical and fore-aft directions.
    NOTE:

Before making adjustments, tape a line 300 mm outboard from the center of vehicle. This is where flush measurements are taken.

  5. Adjust the fore/aft position of the sunroof glass panel by using a 4 mm plastic feeler gage between the roof flange and glass seal.
  6. Adjust the height of the sunroof panel while standing outside the vehicle, adjust one side at a time with one hand supporting the front corner of the glass panel.
  7. Using a straight edge as a guide, lift the front glass panel corner until it is between flush and slightly under flush (0.00 to -2.5 mm).
  8. Use your free hand to snug up the glass bolt with sufficient force (finger tight), so the weight of the glass panel corner is supported. Repeat this process on the other side of the vehicle.
