OBD Vent Valve

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove engine covers. Refer to the appropriate service information .

  3. Disconnect the OBD valve wire harness connector (1).
  4. Disconnect the hose (2) from the OBD valve.
  5. Remove the OBD valve from bracket.
