Panel, Rear Door Trim: Removal

Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
Pull out on the interior door handle (1) and, using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the bezel (2) located in the cavity.
Remove the fasteners (1 and 3) securing the door trim panel to the carrier plate.

Using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the window switch (1) from the door trim panel and disconnect the wire harness connector (2).
Using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the liner (4) from the door trim pull handle.
Remove the fastener (3) securing the door trim panel to the carrier plate.

Using a trim stick or equivalent, pry the door trim panel away from the door (1), starting on the bottom edge and working around the perimeter, to release the retaining clips (2).

Lift the door trim panel up and out. Position the door trim panel slightly away, do not remove.
Separate the cables (2) from the handle assembly.
Remove the door trim panel from the vehicle.
