Standard Procedure - Clean And Re-Grease Sunroof Guide Tracks
NOTE:
Sunroof glass must be free of debris and foreign objects. Regular vehicle maintenance and cleaning procedures must be followed in order to maintain efficient sunroof operation.
Do not use any cleaning agent or chemicals on any parts of the sunroof.
- Open glass fully to expose the guide tracks.
- Wipe clean under the wind deflector.
- Hold down the wind deflector (1).
- Wipe out the channels (1) and remove any accumulated dust and debris.
- Using Mopar Grease P/N 68337909AA with a small brush (1), apply grease (2) to the tracks as shown.
- Cycle the glass open and close to verify high operating noise no longer exists. Repeat process if necessary.
