Bench Rear Seat
- Remove the 60% bench rear seat back from the vehicle. Refer to SEAT, REAR, REMOVAL .
- Remove the armrest. Refer to ARMREST, REAR, REMOVAL .
- Using a trim tool, release the clips (2), then lift the latch trim cover (1) and remove.
- Using a trim tool, remove the push fasteners (1) behind the latch trim cover.
- Remove the headrests from the seat back.
- Using your hands, pull firmly and remove both OUTER
headrest sleeves (1).NOTE:
The center headrest sleeves cannot be removed this same way, they have tabs that need to be depressed before removal. The process to do this is later in this procedure.
- Using a trim tool (1), pry on the inside of the handle bezel (2) to release the tabs and remove.
- Using a trim tool, remove the cover. Then remove the fasteners (1) and the seat belt guide (2).
- Remove the fastener (1), then using a trim tool remove the trim cover (2). Remove both trim covers.
- Remove the inner armrest trim cover (1).
- Using a trim tool, remove the push fasteners (2).
- Open the lower J-strip (1) and unzip (2) both sides of the seat back trim.
- Lift the seat back trim and remove the push fasteners (1).
- Pull the seat cover away from the seat back frame, and remove the push fasteners (1) from the armrest support.
- Pull the trim cover (1) back to access the center headrest sleeves. Using a flat bladed tool (2), pry inward on the tabs (3) and remove the center headrest sleeve (4).
Using the same process, remove the other headrest sleeve (5).
- Remove the seat back cover and the seat back foam as an assembly from the seat back frame.
- Pull the seat back cover (2) away from the seat back foam, releasing the hook and loop fasteners.
- Cut all the hog rings and remove the rear seat back cover.
