Striker, Latch: Removal

  1. Remove the liftgate sill plate. Refer to PLATE, SCUFF, LIFTGATE, REMOVAL .
  2. Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the position of the latch striker on the body to aid in installation.
  3. Remove the fasteners (1) and the latch striker (2).
