When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Ignition on.
No engine speed signal failure detected.
No turbine speed signal failure detected.
No monitoring failure of TCM Internal Temperature Sensor 1 detected.
Engine speed received via Controller Area Network (CAN) message or Input Speed Sensor signal is above a calibrated value for five consecutive minutes.
