When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Common Monitoring Conditions:
- The TCM supply voltage is between 10.0 and 16.0 volts.
- Ignition switch RUN position signal is detected via dedicated circuit to TCM.
- There are no Ignition Switch related DTCs set.
- Engine speed (CAN message) is greater than or equal to 550 RPM.
- No engine speed (CAN message) DTCs set.
- No turbine speed sensor DTCs set.
- No CAN bus or CAN message DTCs set between the TCM and PCM.
- Transmission range sensor position is not in park or neutral and the transmission is not currently shifting.
- Condition one, Output Speed Comparison:
- There are no transmission range sensor failures.
- The output shaft speed is equal to or greater than 250 RPM for 4 seconds.
- Condition two, Wheel Speed Comparison:
- There are no CAN message failures between the TCM and ESC.
- No Loss of communication between TCM and ESC DTCs set.
- No wheel speed Signal Not Available (SNA) DTCs set.
- Wheel speed based calculated output speed is equal to or greater than 360 RPM.
- Transmission range sensor position is Drive range control or Reverse range control.
