Set Condition

- Condition 1:
- The DTCM or BCM report via CAN message that the transfer case status position signal is not available for a calibrated amount of time.
- Condition 2:
- There is a discrepancy between the CAN message transfer case ratio and the TCM calculated transfer case ratio for a calibrated amount of time.
