Glass, Sunroof: Installation

Position the glass panel (1) onto the mechanism lift arms (3).
Start the six attaching screws (three per side).
Connect a 12v. power supply and verify that the sunroof is in the closed position.
Adjust sunroof glass to fit to specifications with roof line. Refer to GLASS, SUNROOF, REAR, ADJUSTMENTS .

Tighten the six screws (1) to 4.5 Nm. (40 in. lbs.).
Attach mechanism covers. Refer to COVER, SUNROOF MECHANISM, INSTALLATION .
Re-initialize the sunroof motor. Refer to SUNROOF INITIALIZATION AND OBSTACLE DETECTION CALIBRATION .
Verify sunroof operation and alignment.
