Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Lower the headliner to access the sunshade motor. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVAL .
  2. Disconnect the sunshade motor wire harness connector (1).
  3. Remove the mounting fasteners (2a).
  4. Lower the sunshade motor (2b), and without rotating it disengage the gear from the mechanism.
