When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Short to Battery Failure:
- Power supply is switched OFF.
- Open Circuit Failure:
- Power supply is switched ON.
- Battery voltage is above a calibrated threshold.
- Short to Ground / Overcurrent Failure:
- Power supply is switched ON.
