When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- State Monitoring:
- Engine speed is greater than a calibrated value.
- No electrical or rationality failures in the oil pressure sensor.
- Initialization Monitoring:
- Dog Clutches A and F are in the "initialization" state.
- Engine speed is greater than a calibrated value.
- No oil pressure sensor circuit or rationality DTCs set.
