This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Ignition On.
No sensor supply voltage DTCs set.
No Output Speed Sensor circuit DTCs set.
No Input Speed Sensor DTCs set.
No wheel speed signal received via CAN DTCs set.
