When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

With the ignition on.
Vehicle in Drive.
The vehicle speed must be above a minimum threshold to ensure that the vehicle is in fact moving.
A minimum APP position to ensure that the vehicle is accelerating.
- Once the enable conditions are met the diagnostic will monitor the Brake Switch. If the Brake Switch is on, a fail timer will start to increment.
