When Monitored

This diagnostic runs one time during an ignition cycle when the following conditions are met:
- 12 volt Battery voltage is above 11.0 volts.
- With the engine running.
- Engine coolant temperature at engine start is above -7.0°C (19.4°F).
- Difference between engine coolant temperature and ambient air temperature at engine start is less than 10.0°C (18.0°F)
- The P0243, P0245, P0246, P2AB8 or P2AB9 DTCs are not active.
- Cold start monitor total time less than 12.0 seconds
