When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

Battery voltage between 10.5 and 15.75 volts.
Engine run time above 10 seconds.
Engine speed between 1650 to 3300 RPM.
No active Throttle Position Sensor, Wastegate, Boost Pressure Sensor, Throttle Inlet Pressure, MAP Sensor or BARO Sensor DTCs present.
Throttle position is commanded closed.
Turbocharger Surge Valve commanded off (open) from 0.1 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
