Diagnostic Test

- CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
- Turn the ignition on.
- With the scan tool, create a Vehicle Scan Report and attach it to the repair order.
- With the scan tool, read the Radio DTCs.
Is the DTC active?
Yes
- Go To 2
No
- Perform the TESTING FOR AN INTERMITTENT CONDITION procedure. Refer to TESTING FOR AN INTERMITTENT CONDITION .
- CHECK THE CIRCUIT FROM THE RRM TO THE DAB ANTENNA FOR AN OPEN
- Measure the resistance of the circuit between the Radio Receiver Module connector and the DAB Antenna connector.
Is the circuit open?
Yes
- Repair or replace the DAB antenna.
No
- End of Test.
- Measure the resistance of the circuit between the Radio Receiver Module connector and the DAB Antenna connector.
