Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the UAM (1) to the overhead console (4).
  2. Install and securely tighten the fasteners (3) that secure the mounting tabs of the UAM to the overhead console.
  3. Connect the overhead console wire harness connector (2) to the UAM.
  4. Install the overhead console to the headliner. Refer to CONSOLE, OVERHEAD, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
