Diagnostic Test

CHECK IF THE FORWARD FACING CAMERA IS INSTALLED PROPERLY

Check if the Forward Facing Camera is installed properly. Refer to MODULE, FORWARD FACING CAMERA (FFCM), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
With the scan tool, perform the Forward Facing Camera - Calibration Procedure. Refer to MODULE, FORWARD FACING CAMERA (FFCM), MODULE PROGRAMMING .
Perform the FORWARD FACING CAMERA VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to FORWARD FACING CAMERA VERIFICATION TEST .
Did the DTC return?

Yes
- Using the schematics as a guide, check the FFCM pins, terminals, and connectors for corrosion, damage, or terminal push out. Pay particular attention to all power and ground circuits and repair as necessary. If no problems are found, replace the FFCM in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to MODULE, FORWARD FACING CAMERA (FFCM), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Perform the FORWARD FACING CAMERA VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to FORWARD FACING CAMERA VERIFICATION TEST .
