Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Install the fuel vapor hose to the OBD vent valve.
  2. Install the OBD vent valve to the mounting tab on the intake manifold.
  3. Connect the wire harness connector to the OBD vent valve.
  4. Install the air cleaner body and engine cover. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION, 1.3L .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
