The automatic transmission cooler is located behind the front fascia, and in the front of the condenser. The transmission cooler is a heat exchanger that allows heat in the transmission fluid to be transferred to the air passing over the cooler fins.
The transmission oil cooler assembly is equipped with a thermal bypass valve that incorporates the quick connect fitting for the transmission oil cooler lines.
