Removal And Installation: Removal

- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL .
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE COOLING SYSTEM - 1.3L
.
- Disconnect the supply hose quick connector (1).
- Loosen the band clamp (1) and remove the degassing hose from the pressurized coolant bottle.
- Loosen the band clamp (2) and remove the turbocharger supply hose from the pressurized coolant bottle.
- Disengage the upper retaining clips (3a) from the pressurized coolant bottle (3b).
- Disengage the lower retaining clip (4a) and remove the pressurized coolant bottle (3b).
