Removal And Installation: Installation

- Install the pressurized coolant bottle (1b) and secure with the retainers (1a).
- Slide the pressurized coolant bottle to the right and secure with retainers (1b). Push the retainers (1a) to lock bottle in place.
- Install the coolant hose (2) onto the pressurized coolant bottle and secure the retainer.
- Install the degas hose (1) onto the pressurized coolant bottle and position the clamp.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE COOLING SYSTEM - 2.4L .
- Run the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature. Check cooling system for leaks and correct fluid level. Refer to ADDING ADDITIONAL COOLANT .
- Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .
