This diagnostic runs one time during an ignition cycle when the following conditions are met:

The engine has been operational for less than 20 seconds.
The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor value is greater than -7°C (19.4°F).
The difference between the ECT and Ambient Air Temperature (AAT) Sensor values is less than 190°C (374°F).
The vehicle is NOT driven over 1.6 kph (1 mph).
