When Monitored

This diagnostic runs one time during an ignition cycle when the following conditions are met:
- During the first 20 seconds after engine startup.
- The engine has been off for at least 1 hour.
- The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) has come down at least 7°C (18°F).
- The vehicle is NOT driven over 3 kPH (2 mph).
