When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- With the engine running.
- Engine speed between approximately 600 - 6000 rpm, depending on PCM calibration.
- Engine coolant temperature above 10°C (50°F).
- The CKP and CMP Sensor signal patterns achieve target lock position.
