Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Place the single fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors in its housing and tighten the screws.
  2. Connect the injectors wire harness connector.
  3. Place the fuel vapor solenoid valve in its housing.
  4. Connect (by pressing) the fuel vapor supply pipe to the air capacity chamber.
  5. Connect the fuel vapor solenoid valve wire harness connector.
  6. Connect the fuel supply pipe quick coupling, single fuel manifold pipe side.
  7. Place the sound proofing panel back in its housing.
  8. Connect the rear fuel vapor pipe quick coupling.
  9. Engage the fuel vapor pipe in the respective retaining clip and connect the front quick coupling, fuel vapor solenoid valve side.
  10. Place the air pipe from air cleaner to throttle body, throttle body side, back in its housing and tighten the respective band.
  11. Connect the air temperature sensor wire harness connector.
  12. Connect the air pipe from air cleaner to throttle body, cleaner side, and tighten the respective band.
  13. Connect the quick coupling of the engine oil vapor pipe.
  14. Tighten the screw fixing the air pipe from cleaner to throttle body.
  15. Install the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
