Check tire conditions / wear and adjust pressure, check expiration date on the Tire Service Kit charge (if any).
Check lighting system operation (headlights, turn signals, rechargeable flashlight, passenger compartment, glove box, instrument panel warning lights, etc.).
Check and restore fluid levels (engine coolant, brake / hydraulic clutch, windshield washer, battery, etc.).
Check emissions / exhaust gas. Refer to the appropriate service information .
Check engine control system operation and engine oil degradation (via scan tool).
Check positioning / wear of windshield wiper front and rear.
Check windshield wiper washer and adjust nozzles.
Visually check condition and pad wear of the front disc brakes and operation.
Visually check condition and pad wear of the rear disc brakes and operation.
If the vehicle is used in dusty conditions replace the engine air filter. Refer to AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION, 1.3L or AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION, 2.4L .
If the vehicle is used in dusty replace the cabin air filter. Refer to FILTER, CABIN AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
