Bezel, Instrument Panel, Center: Removal

CAUTION:

Due to the unique finish of the Integrated Center Stack (ICS), it is strongly advised that caution be taken during removal and installation for any diagnostics or repairs. Do NOT use any contaminated gloves, shop towels or harsh cleaning fluids while servicing or cleaning the ICS. If caution is not used, damage to the ICS may occur.

CAUTION:

DO NOT pry against the face of the radio, or passenger side/ignition switch bezel applique surfaces. Only pry on the OUTER perimeter of the bezel.

  1. Before proceeding with the following repair procedure, review all warnings and cautions. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL, WARNING .
  2. Using a trim stick or equivalent, working around the outside  perimeter of the bezel releasing the retaining clips and separate the bezel from the instrument panel.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the bezel.
